This Sunday at 2pm on the Colosseum (Cardinia Life) show court, our Pakenham Big V Women’s team will be playing their first practice match in preparation for the 2016 season. Their opponents will be the 2015 competition runners up, Blackburn, who have recruited well and are no doubt hoping to go one step further in the new year. Needless to say it’ll be a good test for both teams.

The Pakenham squad will boast some new additions in talented American duo Kiki Alofaituli and Lexi Grayer, Tess Young will play her first game in the blue and gold after crossing over from Dandenong’s Youth League team, while a number of new local players will also get an opportunity to impress.

It would be fantastic to see as many supporters there as possible to help the girls open their pre season account on a positive note – and best of all there’s no cost to get in!!!
